Cancellation Policy

1. Cancellation of Digital Products

   Due to the nature of digital content, once purchased or accessed, digital products cannot be cancelled or reversed. These include:

   2. Paid educational PDFs
   3. Any other digital materials or services

   No cancellations or refunds will be issued once the user has accessed the content.

2. Cancellation of Physical Product Orders

   Physical product orders may be cancelled only if the cancellation request is made before the order is shipped.

   To cancel:

   2. Provide your order ID and reason for cancellation.

   Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled, but you may request a return as per our Return and Refund Policy if eligible.

3. Cancellation of Subscriptions

   Users may cancel their subscription plans at any time. The following conditions apply:

   1. Auto-renewal:
      1. Subscription plans with auto-renewal can be cancelled anytime before the next billing cycle to avoid further charges.
      2. Cancellation does not guarantee refund for the remaining period unless covered under our Refund Policy.
   2. Mistaken Subscription Purchase:
      1. If a wrong subscription plan (e.g., yearly instead of monthly) is purchased, cancellation may be permitted within 48 hours and may qualify for a partial refund, provided most content is not accessed.
