Return and Refund Policy

Thank you for purchasing from medmentoredu.com. This Return and Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds or returns may be accepted. By purchasing any digital or physical product or subscribing to any service from our platform, you agree to the terms stated below.

  1. No Return or Refund for Digital Content

    All sales of digital products (including downloadable notes, PDFs, and online materials) are final and non-refundable. Due to the nature of digital content, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds once the content has been accessed or downloaded.

  2. Physical Products

    We currently do not offer physical product returns unless:

    1. The wrong item was delivered.
    2. The item was received in a damaged or faulty condition.

    Conditions to qualify for a return or refund:

    1. You must notify us within 3 days of delivery.
    2. You must provide valid proof, such as images or video of the damaged/wrong item.
    3. The item must be unused and returned in original packaging.

    Once verified, we may offer:

    1. A replacement item.
    2. Or a full refund, as per our discretion.
  3. Subscription Refunds

    Subscription fees are non-refundable, except under the following circumstances:

    1. Wrong Subscription Purchase:
      1. If a customer mistakenly purchases a yearly plan instead of a monthly plan, they may request a refund within 48 hours of purchase.
      2. The customer must not have accessed the majority of paid content or downloaded substantial material.

    Refunds, if approved, will be processed to the original method of payment within 7–10 business days.

    No refund will be provided under the following circumstances:

    1. Change of mind after purchase.
    2. Misuse or misunderstanding of product features.
    3. Unauthorized third-party purchases.
